Author’s Biography

Born in Ottawa in 1944, Rathwell studied at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC. Denounced in Canadian Parliament as a revolutionary, Rathwell has taught around the world and has worked in development aid in conflict areas. He is currently a Doctoral candidate at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK.
